2. Urgent Orders & Delivery Requests

For urgent deliveries, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team before placing an order to check availability and estimated delivery times. While we always strive to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee express deliveries without prior confirmation.

3. Prêt Wear (Pre-Stitched Pieces)

Our Prêt wear collection consists of pre-stitched pieces that come directly from the designers/brands. Since we do not oversee their tailoring or production, we cannot take responsibility for:

  • Stitching quality or finishing of these items.
  • The exact fit, as sizing standards may vary by designer.

If you are unsure about the fit, we recommend checking size charts or reaching out to us for guidance.

4. Unstitched Pieces & Our Stitching Service

For unstitched outfits, we offer an in-house stitching service where we ensure:

  • High-quality stitching according to the selected design.
  • Customisation options where applicable (within our available tailoring capabilities).

We take full responsibility for the stitching quality only for pieces tailored by our team. However, please note that customised stitched orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Fabric & Material Quality

ZIIA acts as a multi-brand retailer, meaning we do not manufacture the designer pieces we offer. Therefore, we are not responsible for the quality of fabrics, embellishments, or materials used by brands. If you have any concerns about fabric type or details, feel free to ask us before ordering.

6. Order Cancellations & Returns

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after processing.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Custom-stitched outfits cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
